Cancelation Policy

A $500 registration fee is required to reserve your spot for any Workshop. The outstanding balance of the Workshop fee is due 60 days prior to the Workshop start date. If, after reserving your spot, you find that you will be unable to participate in the Workshop and it’s 60 days or more from the start of the workshop, you can elect to move your reservation to a future Workshop, at no additional charge. 

If you choose to cancel your reservation entirely (for any reason) and it’s 60 days or more from the reserved Workshop start date, we will refund all payments made, less a $75 service fee. We will issue your refund within 15 days.

If you choose to cancel your reservation (for any reason) and it’s less than 60 days from the start of the workshop, all payments are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled prior to the start of the Workshop. If we are able to fill your canceled spot we will refund all payments made, less a $75 service fee. We will issue your refund within 15 days.

In the very unlikely event that circumstances arise that cause Bob Copeland and Jason Kinch to cancel the Workshop, 100% of the paid fee will be refunded or can be applied to a future Workshop. Pre Workshop expenditures (airfare, car rental, hotels etc.) will not be reimbursed. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
